Imperial College School is a private co-educational day school. Founded in 2021, the school offers two educational programs: the American and the British Programs from Foundation Stage to Grade/Year 12.
Imperial College Egypt Offers rigorous curriculum in both American and British Divisions which is delivered through diversified teaching strategies in a professional learning community where each member is part of a whole family. We always offer academic advice for all learners at all stages and individualizing their programs to meet their future careers
Both the British American and the British systems focus on creativity, critical thinking, and flexibility.
The British Curriculum
The British curriculum offers the three levels of Subjects; OL, AS and AL as well as the three boards of examinations; CIE, Oxford AQA and Pearson Edexcel. Language of instruction is English; the school follows the Egyptian Ministry of Education’s curriculum in Arabic Language, Religious Studies, and Social Studies. World Languages are offered starting Year1. Students can choose one French, German or Spanish. Technology is integrated into the curriculum school-wide.
The American Curriculum
The American curriculum is accredited by Cognia, follows the Common Core Standards in Math and Language Arts; all other subjects follow a U. S. standard-based curriculum model. Learners in grades 1 to 8 sit for their MAP Tests (Measures of Academic Progress). High school learners sit for their ACT/EST assessments as part of their college preparation process. Language of instruction is English; the school follows the Egyptian Ministry of Education’s curriculum in Arabic Language, Religious Studies, and Social Studies.
